I didn’t know Xanga 1.0 was ending so soon. I’ve made a lot of friends here so I’ll always be grateful for that.
@christao said he’d put me down for one of his extra 2.0 memberships, so we’ll see if I get to procrastinate even longer, or it all goes poof! in a few minutes …
Je pense que tu conserveras ton site xanga comme base pour commenter uniquement. Je souhaite que tous ceux qui sont dans ton cas laisse leur adresse de site(URL) dans le cas où leur nom ne se comporte pas comme un lien conduisant à leur site, quand ils écrivent un commentaire . De cette manière je pourrai les visiter là où ils sont et commenter . Il ne m’est pas possible de retenir toutes les url éparpillées de ma longue liste de souscription. Certains sont sur WordPress, d’autres sur blogger ou google et d’autres blogs dont j’ignorais l’existence .

I’m very confused. Have we got blogs here, or just archives?
I don’t know. Of what they have previously mentioned, we (those not paying) would keep their account and former posts with the capability to comment but not to post any new material. If it works like the other WP accounts, the first comment by a another user must be approved to appear in the comments section, which I had to do with this one. I haven’t looked yet if I have other possibilities (although I had kind of switched to WP in my mind and don’t see myself returning to Xanga – une affaire à suivre…)
